When I got my Real Estate license 6 years ago, I did it to get into New Construction. After building our home, I learned the importance of the Buyer's Agent, because we didn't use one, but more importantly, becoming that liason between builder and buyer. DRHI is unique, as a builder, because he doesn't limit himself on what type or size of home he will build OR where he will build.
